Dr. Brown has served in many roles ranging from recruiter, department director, faculty member, Dean of a university school, and President of a private K-12 school system to name a few. Along this journey, he added a Master’s degree from Azusa Pacific University, as well as a Doctorate in Educational Leadership from the Rossier School of Education, at the University of Southern California.
Kneeland’s wide breadth of experiences in educational administration, strategic engagement, and personnel leadership have compelled him that all enterprises, large and small, regardless of budget size or facilities quality, must first conquer the task of building a strong and unified culture if they intend to be successful in their core work for any sustained period of time.
